These high-voltage capacitors come in large cans. The one on the picture below is 150mm long and 55mm in diameter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"255\" src=\"https:\/\/www.deeplake.ch\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/motor_run_cap.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-49\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I do not like these monsters protruding through an amplifier top-plate, so I hide them inside the chassis. The question is how to afix them ? This is a nice approach, the two holes are holding M3 nuts, and screws are tightening the capacitor to the chassis. The cable binder slides into a dedicated channel.
